Literally minutes away from hiking Crabtree Falls, the tallest waterfall east of the Mississippi. 

 

Fishing in the Tye River is merely 1/4 mile down at the end of our road.  Hunting? We can arrange it. Shopping? Charlottesville and Lynchburg are within an hour.

We can share local swimming holes in the summer, not to mention the best farmers' markets.

 

And then of course, there's Wintergreen, which is 20 minutes up Rte. 151 in Nellysford.  All that said, we've become known for our proximity to the state's best breweries, cideries, vineyards, distilleries and orchards ...

"Mizpah" is 5 houses away from Nelson County's "Brew Ridge Trail".
